Journalist Andrey Aleksandrov, who is being held in a pre-trial detention centre on criminal charges, was placed on a register of “individuals prone to extremist and destructive actions.” As such, he will now be under special supervision by the prison administration, and authorised employees will have regular conversations with him. The cell where the journalist is kept will be marked with a special sign.
