Pinsk District and City Court found the journalist guilty of participation in an unauthorized street protest march (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and arrested him for ten days based on a police report. Andrei Yakimush explained in court that he covered the protest by filming it and didn’t participate in it.
