It became known that arrested Andrei Skurko was diagnosed with pneumonia in the pre-trial detention center. Before being transferred there, the journalist was held on Akrestsina for 13 days: without a mattress and bedding, without walks, with the light constantly on, without a diabetic diet, and without any parcels. Skurko is an insulin-dependent diabetic. According to journalist Aleh Hruzdzilovich, who was sitting in the same cell with him, Andrei's temperature increased on July 18 and he began coughing, but he was given only paracetamol as treatment. From Skurko's correspondence with his wife, it became known that on Akrestsina, insulin for the journalist, which must be kept in the refrigerator, was kept at the cell doorstep.
