The Sharkoushchyna District Court found blogger Andrei Buka guilty for «picketing on the Internet» (Part 1 of Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and imposed 5 days of administrative arrest on him. The reason for prosecution was an illustration in the colours of the Belarusian national flag, posted by him on Pinterest. After the announcement of the court decision, Andrei Buka was released home: since Buka has a disability, the doctor must give permission to place him under arrest in the temporary detention centre.
