The Investigative Committee interrogated the head of the Belarusian Association of Journalists as a witness under Part 3 of Article 361 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus («Calls for actions aimed to damage the national security of the Republic of Belarus», Part 3: «Actions provided by Parts 1 or 2 of this article, committed through mass media or global computer network of the Internet». The punishment is imprisonment for two to five years). Bastunets signed an undertaking not to disclose information about the investigation, so he can't give any details.
