The law enforcers detained the employee of the newspaper Narodnaya Volya Anastasia Sharkevich, who administers the media outlet’s Telegram channel. They searched her flat and seized digital equipment. After the detention, a «penitential» video was recorded with her, in which she is forced to admit that she went out to the protests. An administrative report was drawn up on Sharkevich «for distribution of extremist materials», the court found the journalist guilty and arrested her for 13 days.
