Kirovsky District Court of Rostov arrested photographer Anastasia Nikolaeva, who held an individual picket with a white sheet of paper in her hands on February 25 for eight days. «She stood at the corner of Kirovsky and Bolshaya Sadovaya for about half an hour with a white sheet of paper. Police officers drove up to her and studied the sheet of paper. One of them called someone and said there was nothing on the sheet. But they decided to detain her anyway», – a witness of Nikolaeva's detention told 161.RU. The court refused to see the video and question the witness of the detention, and found Nikolaeva guilty of disobedience to police officers.
