The Ostankinsky District Court of Moscow has received an administrative report against investigative journalist Anastasia Mikhailova of The Insider for alleged involvement with an “undesirable” organisation (Article 20.33 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The Prosecutor General’s Office claims that The Insider’s activities “threaten the constitutional order and security of the Russian Federation.”
