Blogger Anastasia Emelyanova was attacked by an official at Baksan City Hall, the victim posted a video of the incident on social media. Emelyanova came to the mayor's office at the request of a mother of many children from Baksan to find out why she had not been granted a plot of land as required by law. In the city hall, Emelyanova noticed that all the employees in the building were not wearing protective masks. At the same time, the women were told at the entrance to the building that they are on quarantine. She pointed out to the officials that the mask regime had been violated. One of them approached her and twisted her arm, after which he dragged her all along the administration corridor and continued dragging her even when she fell down. «He dragged me into some office, first threw me on the table, then on the floor, at which point a police officer intervened and pulled him away from me», – said Emelyanova. The activist said she had bruises and abrasions on her body.
