A. Syzdykova filed a lawsuit with the Pavlodar City Court for the protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation against the editorial office of the newspaper Nasha Zhyzn, the owner of the media outlet Analitik PV LLP, and Ratel.kz reporter Olga Voronko. According to Voronko, the reason for the lawsuit was the publication «Love-criminal story that happened in the walls of Kazpost» (Ratel.kz, 21.12.2021), which Syzdykova demands to refute. She is also demanding compensation for moral damage.
