On March 12, 2020, the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol held a trial on the preventative measure for Amet Suleymanov, citizen journalist of the Crimean Solidarity. The judge of the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol Andrey Dolgopolov sent the detained citizen journalist under house arrest at the request of the Federal Security Service investigator in Crimea. Amet Suleymanov is charged with Part 2 of Article 205.5 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization).
