On March 15, 2023, in Simferopol, the consideration of materials on an administrative offence by the juvenile commission in relation to the civil journalist of Crimean Solidarity Amar Abdulgaziyev, who was among the civil journalists detained on January 25, 2023, near the building of the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol with the use of physical force, ended. The Commission acquitted Abdulgaziyev under Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (organization of mass simultaneous stay and (or) movement of citizens in public places, which caused a breach of public order) and found him guilty under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for failure to comply with the lawful demands of a police officer. He was fined RUB 3,000.
