Editor of the newspaper S-Inform Amangeldy Batyrbekov and journalist Lazzat Tulemisova are defendants in the lawsuit for protection of honor, dignity, and business reputation of the chairman of public association Zangar-Medet L. Darkhanbaeva and G. Artykbaeva. The reason for the proceedings was the article by Lazzat Tulemisova published on January 28, 2021, in which, according to the plaintiffs, untruthful discrediting information was spread, as well as the signature to the photo of L. Darkhanbaeva and G. Artykbaeva used as an illustration for the material.
