The police department of the Turkestan region began a pre-trial investigation on the complaint of three judges of the regional court. They ask to prosecute Amangeldy Batyrbekov, editor of the Saryagash-Info newspaper, for defamation against the judge because of his posts on Facebook. Currently, Batyrbekov is in the status of a witness with the right to defense.
