On August 28, in Shakhty, Rostov region, the journalist of Bloknot Alyona Lunina, who was filming a concert in honor of City Day and Miners' Day, was attacked by Yevgeny Shinkarenko, director of the city Palace of Culture. When she showed him her press card, he said the filming was prohibited, and when the journalist asked Shinkarenko to introduce himself and show his ID, he snatched the phone out of her hands. He then called the police. The police officers advised Lunina to film the beatings and file a complaint.
