Freelance photographer Almaz Toleke was shot in the leg. Soldiers opened fire on his car while he was filming a report in Almaty. He had all the necessary permits to be on the street during curfew, but panicked and accelerated when the soldiers ordered him to stop. The enforcers gave him first aid.
