Alla Konstantinova and many of her colleagues were subjected to a massive spam attack on their cell phones. They began receiving numerous calls and text messages with registration confirmation codes for various services, including Gosuslugi, banks, and stores. Journalists of TV Rain, Echo of Moscow, Mediazona, 7x7, The Village, and Republic, among others, reported such attacks.
