In Baranovichi, the journalists of Hantsavitski Chas Aljaksandr Pazniak and Siarhei Bagrou were tried. They were accused of disobedience to legal demands of the police (Article 23.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and participation in an unauthorised mass event (Part 1 of Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). The journalist Aljaksandr Pazniak was found guilty under both articles. The total fine is BYN 810.
