Sota.vision journalist Alipat Sultanbegova was banned from filming during a break in the case of blogger Alexander Nozdrinov (Sanya Novokubansk) in the Novokubansk District Court of the Krasnodar Region. According to Sultanbegova, she submitted her accreditation and editorial assignment in advance and brought them to the courtroom in printed form. In addition, Sultanbegova, citing the law, prepared a petition to film during the trial. The bailiffs referred to the fact that it was forbidden to be present in the courtroom according to their statute. When asked to show the statute, they replied that it was «classified». At the hearing on May 12, the prosecutor, after reading Sultanbegova’s press card, stated that she had failed to mention that the editor-in-chief of the media Oleg Yeanchik was a «foreign agent». The prosecutor asked to suspend the journalist from the session, calling her a «provocateur». As a result, Sultanbegova was kicked out for «showing disrespect to the court».
