The Oktyabrsky district court of Mogilev found Alina Skrebunova guilty of illegally manufacturing media products and fined her 25 base rate according to Article 23.5 of the Administrative Code. Skrebunova was prosecuted for cooperating with foreign media outlet without the accreditation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The reason was the video on the Belsat TV channel. Journalists of Belsat TV have been working without accreditation for more than 13 years, every time representatives of the Belsat TV channel were refused accreditation.
