Alif TV online news portal filed an administrative lawsuit with the Tverskoy District Court of Moscow to challenge the blocking because of information about suicides. Access to the resource was restricted consecutively three times. The owner did not receive any notifications either from Roskomnadzor or the hosting provider. The first blocking happened on January 24. The Roskomnadzor website indicated only the number and date of the Rospotrebnadzor decision, according to which the website was blocked. Access to the website was restored only on February 13. But on the same day, Roskomnadzor again blocked the website, and again the owner of the resource did not receive any notifications.
