Aktobe blogger Alibek Moldin is obliged to compensate for the moral damage caused, publish a refutation and apologize on social networks. Such a decision was made by the Aktobe court on a civil lawsuit of five residents of the city, who appealed to the court for the protection of honor and dignity. The reason for the lawsuit was a statement during his live stream on Facebook, when he broadcast a gathering of mothers of many children near the building of the regional akimat. Moldin inadvertently commented: «... and so you will walk like cattle». The civil court convicted the blogger for what he was acquitted of by the criminal court (previously, the women demanded to prosecute Moldin for the insult).
