Aliaksei Shota, editor-in-chief and director of Hrodna.life, was detained by law enforcers near his home. They examined his apartment and seized a laptop, a smartphone, three old hard drives, and a red-white-and-red umbrella. They drew up an administrative report on him under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (distribution of information products containing calls for extremist activity). The journalist was released until the trial. The trial took place on June 18.
