In the street, the police detained the Belsat TV camera crew – Aliaksandr Sidareuski and Alina Skrabunova – and took them to the police department. There they were questioned, then administrative reports were drawn up on them for violation of the law on mass media – for cooperation with a foreign media without accreditation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Article 22.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). After several hours, the journalists were released.
