Law enforcers burst into Minsk studio of the Belsat TV channel with a search. They also detained the technical staff, who were preparing the studio for the evening shooting of the talk show: the sound engineer, cameramen, as well as the studio administrator. They were taken to the police department and drawn up reports under Article 24.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus. As stated in the reports, they were charged with the fact that when leaving the official transport on the territory of the Department of Internal Affairs they «resisted and grabbed the uniforms of the police officers, thus disobeying them». Before the trial, the employees of the TV channel were placed in the detention centre on Akrestsina. On May 24, the Tsentralny District Court of Minsk found the detained technical workers of Belsat guilty and arrested each of them for 15 days.
