The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Chita sentenced Zakruzhny to two years three months in prison on probation under the article on incitement to mass riots with the threat of violence against government officials (part 3 of Article 212 of the Criminal Code). The reason was a YouTube stream held at the end of April. Blogger was outraged that before Parents' Day on April 28, the cemeteries' passageways were blocked. Besides that, he is prohibited from practicing any public activity for two years, including on the Internet.
