The Kuntsevsky District Court of Moscow fined the journalist of Green Moscow and town defender Alexey Sobolev RUB 10,000 under the article on violation of picketing rules (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Sobolev claims that he was not present at the action on February 12 in Troitsky Forest, which he is accused of taking part in.
