On January 31, a blogger Denis Radchenko was brought to the police station in Cheboksary. First, he spent two days in the police department, and then the Leninsk District Court fined him 10,000 RUB for violating the conduct of public action as a participant. During Denis Radchenko's trial, his brother Alexey Radchenko, founder of the forum 'On-Link' and the portal 'Ceheb.media' came, but at the entrance to the building, he was detained for "identification". Alexey Radchenko was released several hours later.
