The Tagansky District Court of Moscow has fined journalist Alexey Pivovarov RUB 30,000 roubles for the absense of the marking of a «foreign agent». It is not yet known which publications were the reason for the report. In April, a court in Moscow already fined Pivovarov RUB 30,000 under the same report (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) because of a poll in his Telegram channel without a «foreign agent» marking.
