Blogger Alexey Malov was interrogated by the police because of the posts about COVID-19 in the Telegram channel "K8442". He was asked if he is an administrator of the channel, as a reply Malov used the 51st article of the Constitution. He is a witness in an administrative case; he was not allowed to get acquainted with the case materials. Malov suggests that he might have been denounced by "one of the senior officials of the regional administration."
