The criminal case has been brought against blogger Alexey Kungurov. He is charged with inciting hate (Art. 282, Para. 1) and public incitement to terrorism (Art. 205.2, Para.1). The Federal Security Service demanded to arrest him in absentia. Kungurov informed MBK Media that he left Russia a year ago and has no plans to return.
