In June, the Tutaev District Court fined journalist Alexey Krivtsov RUB 30,000 30 under the article on fakes (part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code of Offences) for a post on the social network that the employees of the district hospital did not receive additional payments for working with COVID-19 patients. On September 25, the Yaroslavl Regional Court overturned this decision, citing procedural violations.
