Kemerovo District Court fined Alexey Fedorov RUB 30,000 under Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation. The reason for the fine was the video «PUTINISM TO RESIGN. Alexey Fedorov: SELF-ORGANIZATION OF THE PEOPLE» on the Pokos-Kuzbass channel, in which the blogger made a negative assessment of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. However, according to the expert's conclusions, the video «does not contain a substantiation of the negative assessment».
