Kemerovo District Court fined blogger Alexey Fedorov RUB 30,000 for disrespect for the Constitution (Part 3 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The reason was his video from July (now deleted) about the protests in Khabarovsk. The blogger called the Constitution «corrupt» and questioned the results of the vote on the amendments.
