Alexandra Novikova, a former journalist of GTRK Kamchatka and an acting member of the Kamchatka Legislative Assembly, was charged with discrediting the Russian army (Article 20.3.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation) for reposting a video message from the Kamchatka military complaining about poor security.
