Journalists Alexander Zimbovsky and Yelena Sidorenkova were detained near the Federation Council building in Moscow. Deputy Sergey Mitrokhin, who was also detained, was giving an interview to the journalists. Sidorenkova was soon released, while Zimbovsky was charged with violating the rules of participation in an action (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation).
