A court in Penza fined the editor-in-chief of Penza-Post Alexander Tuzov for the lack of marking in the media when referring to the Civil Union Foundation, which was declared a «foreign agent». The organisation was added to the register of NGOs «foreign agents» after Tuzov’s publications. The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Penza found Tuzov guilty under the article about the lack of marking of the NGO-«foreign agent» in the media (Part 2.1 of Article 13.15 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) and fined him RUB 4,000.
