On October 12, Mogilev District Court found the journalist guilty under Part 3 of Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (participation in an unauthorized rally) and sentenced him to 15 days in jail. Sidareuski was kept in custody for three days until the trial.
