The court in Kropotkin, Krasnodar Krai, fined video blogger Alexander Shabanov RUB 35,000. He was found guilty of «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for three anti-war videos. In the case materials, there were testimonies of «members of the public», who saw in the videos «calls against the holding of the special military operation» and «dissatisfaction» with Russia’s politics.
