Tver disctrict court of Moscow fined Plyushev 10,000 RUB (130 USD) for violating the rules of a public demonstration. The fine was given because of the series of solitary protests in support of the arrested author of “Ombudsmen politsii” public. On 29 May Plyushev and his collegue Tatiana Felgenhauer were repeatedly arrested, although neither of them participated in a protest.
