The Babushkinsky District Court of Moscow fined journalist Alexander Plushchev RUB 30,000 for the absence of a «foreign agent» label (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Plushchev was penalised for his February video «TF. Who is Valery Solovey? Media Manipulation, Friends at the Top, Denunciations, Eroticism of Cuba» on Alexander Plushchev’s YouTube channel, in which journalist Tatyana Felgenhauer talked to political analyst Valery Solovey.
