A court in Arkhangelsk dismissed a case of «discrediting» the army (Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) against Sota journalist Alexander Peskov, who left Russia. The report was made against Peskov for a post dedicated to the press freedom rating Reporters Without Borders, in which Russia was ranked 155th: the journalist wrote that after the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, Russia introduced military censorship and many media stopped working.
