On October 24, the correspondent of the online media outlet Road Control Alexander Pavlov was not connected to the open online hearing of the administrative case. On the same day, Alexander Pavlov filed a complaint with the Department of Judicial Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Turkestan Region. The complaint was checked, which confirmed the journalist’s arguments. In the department’s reply, it is reported that the secretary of the court session made a mistake when dialling the correspondent’s mobile phone number. The secretary of the court session was strictly warned about prevention of such facts in future.
