In the Turkestan region, a judge did not allow the journalist of the news portal Road Control Alexander Pavlov to attend a session of an open online court trial. At the hearing, the editor-in-chief of Road Control was considering a complaint against the actions of the deputy head of the Turkestan Region Police Department, Aitpayev B. The judge considered that Pavlov’s participation in the hearing was not necessary. In response to the complaint to the higher court, the correspondent was told that there was no violation of the norms of procedural law in the actions of the judge.
