In mid-May, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested journalist Alexander Nevzorov’s dacha in St. Petersburg as part of a criminal case on «fakes» about the Russian army (Paragraph D of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The court explained that the land plot was arrested as a protective measure in case Nevzorov was fined.
