Additional information:

The Prokhladnensky District Court in Kabardino-Balkaria arrested blogger Alexander Nedostup for six days. He was found guilty under the article on petty hooliganism involving disobedience to a police officer (Part 2 of Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). On February 28, following anti-war posts on the Instagram account prokhladny_live (now deleted), the blogger was detained and forced to sign a warning about the inadmissibility of negative comments on social media about the events in Ukraine. Nedostup was then questioned by a plainclothes officer, presumably from the Center for Combating Extremism, after which the police read him a report: the blogger allegedly «behaved aggressively and used foul language». Nedostup was not allowed to contact his lawyer. The trial took place the next day. On March 31, the court overturned the decision to arrest Nedostup.
