The Presnensky Court of Moscow imposed a ban on certain activities on Alexander Muchayev, accused under Article 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of using violence against a law enforcement officer during an unauthorized rally on January 23 in Moscow. The court banned him from attending public events and communicating with other defendants in the case.
