Near School №2 in Kotelniki, where several PECs were located, a group of «the titushky» started threatening Makarov and the Yabloko observers. Later, their car was surrounded by a group of provokers who prevented them from leaving for an hour and a half. At another PEC, in Lyubertsy, Makarov and observers were not allowed into the polling station.
