The police detained the journalist during the dispersal of a protest against the presidential election results and the security forces' violence. He was pushed into a police van even though the journalist showed his press ID. The journalist was taken to the district police department, where the police tried to accuse him of participating in an unauthorized event. After some time, he was released without a report.
