The court of the Moskovsky district of Minsk fined Alexander Ivulin 30 basic units. He was found guilty under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code - participation in an unauthorized mass event. Ivulin was detained on November 15 during the dispersal of street protest actions, was kept in an isolation ward for almost a day and later released pending trial.
